Newsflash: you can't use inner fire healing if the tank has other HP buffs. People are arguing against the simple statement that, for a mid-teens shaman, inner fire healing and no higher level HP buff is better than having higher level HP buff and being forced to try to keep up using minor healing.

Yeah, I had a feeling the majority of posters ITT were missing this little nugget.
