Another I wish I could locate was the cackling clacknak by Joe Maris.

He would write about his adventures in Norrath before the playerbase had a chance to become jaded. He made an all gnome guild called The Gnuggets of Justice. Every member's name began with Gn and was a mess to try and read, e.g., Gnugglumpleumpus.
