when posting bets online, it's best to put up the money/items/whatever in advance with a neutral third party.
As an outsider, when I saw this particular bet made I figured the inevitable result would be neither side could agree on the outcome. TMO and FE seem unable to agree on anything at all, such is their disdain for each other. One would probably take exception due to spite if the other called the grass green. Danth | ||

Question: Under what theory of absolution would Rogean's opinion eliminate an obligation, and how is it being applied here?
Is it being claimed that Rogean has the authority to dissolve obligations by right of his status, or is the claim simply that he revealed information that displayed fraud within the bet, but not that he himself has acted in a decision making capacity?
