Cleric easily derives the most use from a manastone. Next in line are Shamans and Druids (who have certain clickies). A 60 shaman who has Fungi Tunic + Fungus Covered Greatstaff is going to take ages to Canni back up to Full Mana, so at 37hp/tick + mana stone this lengthy process can be greatly reduced. Paladins can use manastone to great effect as well and it's made easier via right-clickable heals. Next is wizard (rune epic), and last are Magician, Necromancer, and Enchanter.
