Sloan (FEOfficer) gets logged by GM and subsequently get banned for MQ

For the record, Perun likely shirked the fact that a lot of IB's raid loot was tainted by his (and others') use of MQ and SEQ. He claimed that incident in which he got busted was the FIRST AND ONLY time he ever used it here - a likely story.

Amelinda banned Tiggles multiple times but never perma banned.

I have about 45 warnings from guinea pig what ever they do.

Yeah, GP gave me a bunch at one time. They either all dropped off or they are on one of those accounts (or one of the few that I made once and never used again and didn't write down).
