don't think it takes a rocket scientist to understand that the fay loot was removed and then given back. to any reasonable person that would mean the issue is resolved. for trak the loot was never removed, so we still don't know if it's resolved or not, but knowing that it happened several days before the fay incident one would be led to believe it "could" already be resolved.

Fine just way on GMs to update the forum section, this is as long as you can delay your public shame.

Lol so you are saying the decision wasnt final when loot was removed from FE but it is now that you have had a chance to debate it and it was returned... Lets see :

Trak dies. GMs laugh at TMO's petition and do not even remove loot.

Fay dies after trak. GMs consider action, suspend the puller for hypothetical kite, suspend loot. Rule kite was confirmed (even though TMO's kiter didn't get suspended for the same offense on Sev). Loot is given back to FE.
