I tried following that Ehow guide - it doesn't allow you to repeat keystrokes by holding the key where you otherwise couldn't (like EQ). It merely allows you to NOT repeat keystrokes when a key is held, based on specific settings.

Thats fine; you need to stop being such a dipshit, however, and try to understand that for many people there is a huge gray area between between what is considered a technological advantage of having a fancier and more expensive piece of hardware and enabling software capabilities through it that would otherwise be deemed inappropriate for given situations.
