Unfortunately there's really nothing that can be done about trains/ks except train/ks them back.
A friend and I were duoing solb last night, we were trained twice he only died once but we had to gate both times. What did we do? nothing, my buddy sent a tell and didn't even get an apology the guy wouldn't admit Any wrong doing only that we were in a busy part of the zone. So yeah, Tons of bullshit going on and really NOTHING that you can do about it but try to keep your head high and move along.
