The big three you want are invisibility (your upcoming breastplate), run speed (jboots) and levitate (quillmane's cloak). If you're an ogre or troll you'll probably also want a cobalt bracer for shrink. There are other click items you can get (strength buffs, etc), but few which would have such a drastic effect on your quality of life as the above.

Shrunken goblin skull earring is useful for the junk buff if you raid, but it doesn't really improve your quality of life in a day to day sense.

If you include items that have to be recharged, you may want a leatherfoot cap for gate, and a midnight mallet for those occasions when you absolutely must have immediate snap aggro. In addition there are a number of weapons with proc effects you probably want (snares, slows, etc).
