You don't have to say it directly, it's something that your guild implies all the time. It's something that both IB and DA did for a long time on this server, right up until the point where people were getting banned for exploiting or using MacroQuest:

Search my post history and you'll see plenty of quotes where I tell it straight up in regards to TMO. I rarely do the propaganda thing unless it's shown to piss someone off (there are a few people I do it to because of how they react).

It wouldn't matter if TMO got the loot or not. I'd still say you deserve a raid suspension for training a guild multiple times and being on fraps.
