Game Mechanics: EJ / TT issues

I think one fix for this is to set EQ or winEQ2 (I currently use winEQ2) to use only 1 core of a processor. Although EQplaynice is supposed to do this I found that when I set winEQ2 to use one core it fixed my issues in TT.

To do this (using windows 7):

1. Launch task manager while winEQ2 is up (ctrl+alt+del).

2. Under "Processes" find WinEQ2.exe.

3. Right click and go to "Set Affinity".

4. Select only one CPU.

5. Profit.

Hopefully this will work for other people!
