The GMs should be able to tell. If they seen reason to give TMO trak loot despite you having FTE, then there is a very obvious reason in the logs.

The GMs weren't there and didn't have enough information, that's the only reason your guild got the Trak loot. We weren't sniping your Trak, we had a legitimate FTE and your guild ran in. By the time you killed Trak, we had around 30 people logged in and could have killed him.
What I wanna know is why the GMs don't seem to care that your entire raid logged in 12 minutes before Trak spawned. Spin that story however you want, but between this and TMO having spies in raid guilds, you have some shady bullshit going on in your guild. I guess that's cool if that's how you want to play.
