remove OOC, it was put in when pop was sub 30s. now that we are constantly in the triple digits there is no need for it. please remove this feature as it is doing more harm than good like sundawg says. not taking anyones side other than my own and honestly global ooc is shit now.

I thought global ooc was added with the intent of helping people group/sell stuff.

Should be a limit of 1 ooc per 2 minute or 5 minute. No one wanna listen to "u mad" going back and forth every half second.

Yes, would be nice to have an OOC cooldown or something, there are a lotta dumb faggots that need to be silenced. I think global ooc is necessary, but we need some way of preventing the fuckfaces from ruining it for everyone.

I would gladly give up /ooc for YT by the way.

edit: I wanted to add, there have been some players from blue that have come over but then left again and specifically said global /ooc detracted too much from their EQ experience to stay.
