in my experience it was p much all pet levels.

havent played since beta so i'm legit confused on whether or not its perma, i could sic pet on a melee and afk to bowflex

I think at all levels it takes about 100 resist or so to deal with it.

The issue here is even with 400 resist people are reporting 100% root rate with the new ones.
