Lor, especially since you can charm anything you want in fear, kill that gorilla first. his path time is about 2 minutes. all the other zone in pathers are on a ~10+min cycle, so killing that one gorilla makes things much, much safer, especially if corpses start to pile up and you want a rez. there are really only 4-5 mobs that will agro you from the zone in spot, but many more will assist/agro if move slightly in the wrong direction.

fear mobs about either 12k or 14k hp, i forget, but i doubt you can root/rot/nuke down the non-summoner scarelings with your mana/spells.

you could try seeing if scarelings can proc through rune/bedlam. i know certain mobs can't lifetap through rune, so if this is the same, you can easily slow the mob you want to kill, haste/weaponize your pet, and then keep rune/bedlam up on your pet to avoid ports.
