Bugen already has the shackle of steel. I really hope Nilbog didn't decide to break the quest to correspond with Verant bugs. I mean there is classic, and there is silly.

It seems that's what the P99 Staff intends to do. If Sony didn't fix a bug in the quest, we won't either.

I guess I'd like to see a DB query to see if anyone has one. I put a fair bit of time into the shackle quests because I saw a monk with one.

The real problem i see here is the constant pick and choose of what they want to be classic and what they dont. The fact that they dont have these iksar quests in as well as the iksar cultural crafting now is just plain silly. Ive already posted in the crafting thread showing that in fact the enchanted iksar stuff was in game before velious and yet it has not been added. I think the devs just hate iksar like verant did imo.

Hi,

the iksar master in TD still doesnt mention his student when handing out the Shackle of Bronze aka Shackle of Steel part is still broken.
I attached a screenshot of him not mentioning the student and not reacting at all once he handed out the Shackle of Bronze.
