What Obama should do on his last day, is hold a live press conference in front of hundreds of thousands of people, with full live coverage to international stations. He should start with a stirring introduction into how he feels about his upcoming 'end of term' and then he should lower the mic, whip out his dick and slap the mic a few times with it.
Possibly uttering the words "my dick has spoken" as he meanders off stage.
