top 3 most undesired Zones in Project1999?

So many Runnyeye haters.

I used to bind myself there on my druid and use the bank.

Personally,

1) Gorge of King Xorbb- Just not a lot goin' on there. I always liked it on live because it was one of the few zones where you were alone or with one person.

2) Kerra Ridge- Poorly itemized. I don't know anyone who went there on live even.

3) Perma / Runnyeye / CT - Just odd pathing and casting mobs make it a death trap. Throw in some mobs with full spell books and the fact mobs can land spells on just about anyone, and you have the reason why they are so scary.

What about Kedge Keep? Do people ever go in there?

Seriously surprised that Kedge isn't top of everyones list. Would anyone shed a tear if that zone dropped off the face of the erf? (Assuming u could get epics done without it)

God I hated that zone so much

Befallen

Undead, Necro and SK mobs make it very dangerous, but also give it charm. I blame this zone for the complete absence of locked doors for rogues to lockpick throughout EQ (until LDoN IIRC) since so many people died and bitched about it

Places like Cazic, Befallen, Runneye etc all had their own charm, and had all the hallmarks of a classical dungeon. Unfortunately the game didn't give enough incentive for going into these dangerous dungeons, nor did it punish you enough for killing thousands of the same mob in a completely safe zone

God I hated that zone so much

I know a lot of people who hate that zone. I'll never understand their fear of water, but you're right about most people despising the zone.

However, it's one of my favorites. Druids know what I'm talking about... uncontested camps, some prized loot, and great exp. After kiting in Timorous or fighting over bloodgills, Kedge is like a sanctuary.
