more favoritism for heartbrand, not really surprising if you take a look at his history, scams a bunch of people for their log in info and deletes toons, no punishment. has a toon deleted, gets his shit restored immediately (this is the weirdest part, how the fuck this guy makes rogean appear for this is beyond suspicious). new rule goes into effect just to benefit heartbrand despite incredible hypocrisy of perma banning poor Tunak for being an hero and deleting a toon belonging to known account stripper.

ah so GM impersonating and RL death threats are okay as long as you link the wikipedia entry for practical joke. if i had impersonated GM or sent threat, i am 100% positive I would be perma banned right now whether my intention was joking or malicious. both are supposed to be zero tolerance so i am not sure where you are getting confused.
