You're wrong. Part of RoI tried to wake him repeatedly on Stromm and the script was bugged. He wiped them and despawned (not sure about the despawn circumstances, I wasn't there) and then warders repopped as usual.

Seconding this, wasn't in Realm of Insanity personally until they reformed (ironically enough) on the Sleeper server, but it's all that they talked about on Stromm for a solid 2 months. IIRC they woke it 5 times with warders repopping before they fixed the script and the 6th time dwarf masks became available.
