Does anyone know the length allowed for a surcoat? I know for an overcoat it's 15 so I assumed the surcoat was 15 as well, but recently saw someone's that was 18 feet long.

I would test this myself, but I'm not sure if I can change my surcoat then change it back again, for some reason on live I remember you having to petition to change it. Or am I remembering this wrong?

I believe that on P99 the maximum allowable length for a surcoat is (Level + 1) / (length of overcoat)
