Dopplerganger issues. Gash Flockwalker spawning twice in South Qeynos.

Quinon Hulleaf spawning beside each other in North Qeynos. A bard spawns in the day time and a bard spawns at night in place of each other. I think it is spawning correctly, but two are spawning instead of just one.

I am not really sure how to explain this one but I was walking around on ice in EF and it gave me a swimming skill-up.

Lieutenant Arthur in South Qeynos is a paladin and is suppose to be on the Priests of Marr(I think). I know his primary faction is one of the paladin factions. He is currently on Guards of Qeynos faction.
