If anyone has any suggestions to possibly fix this server side, I'm all ears.
Since it only happens to certain players, it appears to be an issue that is client side. For client issues, the best way to determine a root cause is to find similarities among the affected. I have left my character in Trakanon's Teeth for up to a week straight with no sync or ping issues.
