It's not a set up. Bouncer cheated, was flagged, and then banned when he did something exceptionally douchey--like stealing an account and selling it. I'm not saying he is 100% honest who the hell can say they are these days, shit happens deal with it, but w/o proof of him being given this info then sure it looks like a scam but it all comes back to the original point.
