Amelinda did not get the boot for abusing power. Uthgaard I would have to say yes he did. Yes Server GMs are in fact the authority. Rogean and Nilbog really do not like to waste their time dealing with player issues....but you know this.

Lets say for your arguement that Nihilum was banned. Who that is in Nihilum *now* was in Nihilum *then*? Do you think that somehow things would have turned out different if Nihilum was also banned?
