FV is a great zone to quad in, just cant quite remember the levels I was there for. I want to say between 40ish-49ish, the camp was so good that even when the mobs turned light blue I stayed for another couple lvls.
Come out of FV and follow the huge cliff to the right, can follow it all the way to the zone wall. You will find drovlage, bandits, goblins and butterfly things wandering all over the place, they are extremely easy for quad pickings. Bind yourself there at a nice spot along the huge cliff, port to wc and grab a Clarity or C2. Gate back, and quad like a monster.
There are other little things about fv that make it fun even if your not quadding. The butterfly things and drovalge fight each other, so once one is dead and the other has just little life left, nuke him for easy xp. Butterflys are on fv faction so I wouldn't torture them to bad unless you dont care about such a thing.
I stayed there until I was big enough to move to TD for the aviaks.
