NPC Spawn Issue: Glacier Bear in EF

I have been camping this mob in Everfrost for last 3 and half days. I have his PH's timed and been coming back to kill every time. Sure enough I killed 11 Ph's so far.. Both wandering skeletons yes I killed every time... This mob is not spawning , Maybe its super rare , but this is worst then the raster camp it seems Is Bear on Seperate Timer or something. I also had other shamans claiming its been bugged , but I have been killing ph's entire time so not sure if they realize that.

I have been in everfrost the past four nights and I can vouch for the PHs spawning at odd times and the glacier bear NEVER spawning.

back on live i once spent 3 weeks there without a spawn. But im just curious, wasn't it a 23 hour or so spawn back on classic ? just curious on how you got 11 PH in 3 and a half days

I was under the impression that its an 8 hour spawn, so if he killed the first ph when he got there, then 80 more hours (about 3 1/2 days) would have elapsed before he killed his 11th ph.
