I wouldnt pay for power leveling, but if I did I wouldnt pay up front. Not how it works in the real world and not how it works for me in EQ. I dont pay for services until I have recieved them.

Re multi-questing, I would only do this with a third party from a reputable guild or escrow service holding the payment whilst we MQ and once complete they would release the money.
