In all honesty, why can I load up the grand creation, or eqmac, and go to velious, and Do shit there. Some minor itemization, raid tuning, and a few broken older quests and its nearly the same.

Is it research holding them up? Or actual development?

Don't deny TMO is just cockblocking, all there is left for them to do, just like IB cockblocked big time.

Yet your new guild does exactly the same, but I guess, once again, you don't really agree with its policy.

Everyone in TMO has 100% of the gear they need/want all the way down through everyone's second alt. However we have some third and fourth and fifth alts that some people are pretty serious about and well it's only fair that they get fully geared too.
