Honestly, it depends on the amount of GM crazy at the time. I've been banned for posting "nudity" when a picture contained zero nudity, just a naked stomach or whatever. This picture actually contains nudity.

I agree there's some subjectivity to it, but since this is Rants, Flames and NOT SAFE FOR WORK, I'd hope this or a bare stomach would be acceptable. Remember tekniq's sig from a while back? Mesmerizing. Damned close to porn, but mesmerizing.
