im going to have to go ahead and say rogean, simply because he really fucked this box up with incompetence. you all just need to see the bigger picture.

Sure. Blame Rogean when no one wanted to help beta-test it, and everyone said "release it and fix the bugs as we go!"

Sure.
Not entirely true, there were many sane voices that mentioned guard assists and resists being messed up before launch, these were largely ignored.

In the long run I don't think it would've mattered all that much, those early days with 400-600 pop were never coming back anyway, but it might've retained 200 pop which is all the server really needed.

yeah i remember when during beta we were going through several different resist codes with null

and as we were in the middle of it rogean said, "fuck it we'll do it live"
