Perhaps I'm missing something (or this was in reply to something else) but I had posted about exp bonus not being in:

Getting less exp from mobs (it appears about 1/2) than before the patch. Not sure if you are still tweaking with the exp bonus, but it appears to be set in the wrong direction (on blue).

In Lower Guk if ZEM is a factor.
