this NPC must be bugged, hes certainly not spawning every 6 minutes anymore. ive been here over an hour with 0 ph.

When he was last up, he was eating peoples robe/pipes last i heard/knew as well. (Successful Sneak/Indiff Con, Hailed, Responsive, Aggro, FD, Successful Sneak/Indiff Con, Items eaten)

It's a little frustrating to see others still having issues with the monk epic in general.

Hopefully Nilbog/Ambrotos and gang will have time to fix it soon. They've been really helpful with it being bugged and have been reimbursing items as necessary, Just hope everyone gets their items reimbursed that have had issues recently as well as in the past.

I saw he was up, went to him hailed him while he attacked and he responded. I FD'ed. He reset, and then I used sneak and turned in all the items.

I just did the turn in while sneaking and got the robe. I don't know what could be going on for some people.
