Game Mechanics: West Karana Barbarian's bugged?

I've recently hit 24 and decided to camp the barbarians in the corner near Qeynos Hills > West Karana zone.

Lars McMannus kill gave me experience:

Misla McMannus
Brenzl McMannus
Sera McMannus

All just die, fall through the world to where I can't click target or /target corpsename their corpse, and don't yield experience. They do however yield the 4 negative faction hits properly.

These are merchants I believe. They do not provide exp or loot.

Strange, I could have swore I remember camping at least some of the barbs on my wiz, but I honestly couldn't remember which ones. Was probably Ulrich then.
