In that case, evidence was AT BEST inconclusive as there were multiple agros well before the wipe took place. I feel it's safe to assume that reducing the possibility of problems is going to cause less headaches overall.

As Modus said, and I'm sure you'd agree, any "evidence" out of context is going to easily sway a decision, if the GMs even bother to continue dealing with it. With both guilds keeping some sort of inane "watchful eye of justice" on each other, drama will always ensue.

Claim a mob through legitimate means - camp it, mobilize quicker, whatever. When someone comes to apply for their attempt, that is to be done. After that, there should be no drama.

When you use methods to kill a mob that result in the possibility of you failing, tough. If things turn to complete shit well beyond your control, going beyond the game's scope, call a GM. If you fuck up legitimately, shutup and get back in line.

To any and all: If you want to FFA like a bunch of mouthbreathing retards go ahead. If you want to actually participate in a video game in which the entire aspect that so many people actually give this game credit for (community), then stop acting like little shits.
Agree with most everything here except for the claiming through camping. Anyone can camp and we know it doesn't take skill, just time and numbers. Mobilizing was what I loved best about classic. Assigning an arbitrary value of 15 guild/raid members simply bumped it from a couple trackers to lots of people afking in zones. It hasn't changed the innate behaviour, courtesy or dickery of guilds and how they interact, and in fact I believe the set numbers required has only made it worse.

Park trackers? Fine. But camping with X arbitrary amount, simply so they can claim only to have the other guild still _sitting_in_the_zone_ at all with the potential for interference that has been claimed on both sides? Pants on head retarded.
