Default Words of Convocation; Where do they drop in P99?

Hey can anyone confirm from which mobs and in which zones Words of Convocation is dropped? Specifically, does anyone know if Rathe Mountain Hill Giants or Seafury clopses from the OOT drop them?

Yeah, because no one had responded within two hours in the middle of the night. Then of course there was a legit response right after you posted this. Get the stick out of your butt about the global chat being removed. Jesus.

2 hours and another spam topic?

This could have been handled within 10 seconds with /ooc.

Due to "it's" meaning it is, the possessive would in fact be "its". If he were to write out "Hypocrisy at it is (it's) finest" as you suggest the sentence is awkward. He should keep the possessive article not the conjunction.
