low blow bc obviously the pvp champ would never reroll from dwarf/melee without extenuating circumstances. i'd like to play pally way more than wizard but i don't have the time to solo grind a melee on this box. considering my wizard got to 51 in the time it took my pally to get to 31 and all... anywho the slow ass xp for melees is another giant problem of the red99 box

You say root ruins pvp yet u had no problem using conflag wands. I guess when it's not in your favor it needs to be changed. Btw who the hell focus fires a rogue anyway. Conflag wands are classic, like the tstaff. Both I agree are unfair.

But the point remains. This isn't a "balance pvp" project. It's a classic EQ project.

The WoW boards are/were a great place to play arm chair balance artist and I guess because of their community, it fit. It doesn't belong here.

Sample size is incorrect as the "root spam" everyone was/is talking about comes from the druids line of root (Wooly Nets etc..) which in-fact should be much more resistable due to its dmg component, not just the root/immobilize/paralyzing earth line. But for some reason on this server it always has landed way more than it should have.

The emphasis was on the issue with rooting, not the assisting you tool.

Ah so instead of rooting the assist target Druids are working separately to root a bad rogue. Also nilly has like 20 Druids so why u qqing

ya but unlike john rambo the melee is gonna get killed by a rocket launchers from casters

you can still assist without root trains ya know its just a lot more work(skill) to switch to useful targets/keep your team together

in situations where dumb bluebies can't properly organize and run around blindly until they are all alone, the champ would divide and conquer like general lee
