![]() So I had a little conversation in EC that got me thinking. What if the 51+ spells didn't drop from mobs but were only available from merchants? Lets assume that your character has all of their 1-50 spells. How much would the merchant have to charge before you'd just throw up your hands and just play without it? So I thought a bit and here are my enchanter numbers:
Theft of Thought: 125k Dictate: 100k Rapture: 50k Rune V: 50k Forlorn Deeds: 50k Tashanian: 50k Clarity II: 25k Bedlam: 25k Fetter: 25k Color Slant: 10k Boltran's: 10k VoG: 10k Just curious what other people think.

![]() I would purchase all of my spells no matter the cost. That said, the cost is the limiting factor because I only have x plat. I would pick and choose what spells to buy first, but I believe in a full spell book.

![]() I wouldn't pay multiple tens or thousands of k for any spell, I'll gladly go without if i can't obtain it by other means.
I haven't even had double digit plat, so forget wasting it on spells when I still have bronze boots at level 53 ;p

![]() would be an amazing way to ensure that people who arent top money camp farmers never get class defining spells. great idea
