Spells: bard songs bugged gain

Nothing seems to be broken for me other than the cast bar. Hit two keys and you'll see the bar gone, but you're still casting the song you'd intended to.

Sadly, i am experiencing the same thing since the last patch. I get sometimes 3-4-5 interrupts in a row with songs that should not be (like just plain singing ones) and the occasional cast bar disappearing after its halfway through.

yea, its a visual bug, songs will still be casted but this way you get fooled that u might have missed a note and klick the spell gem again wasting precious time!

Mitic is right, this is strictly a visual bug, so as long as you don't miss a note you can have faith the song will play through, so very annoying.

I played my bard for about 3 hours straight yesterday, and I noticed nothing wrong from the norm. Keep in mind, I tested many things out. I tried using just hotkeys 1-8 to play songs, I used alt + 1-8 to play songs and I clicked with the mouse to play the songs. I noticed there were more mess ups with the mouse (supposed songs not playing) than using either methods of hotkeys. I also noticed, if you press the keys too quickly, it is more likely to happen, but if you take a split second to slow it down, you won't get these visual bugs.

I am also having this problem! It is awful trying to twist spells without a "casting bar". This should be a relatively simple fix and I am hoping this problem goes away [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I played my bard yesterday for the first time since the patch, macros flat out don't work for me, it is visual, but with missed notes and the incredible timing accuracy needed for twisting that way, I can't keep 4 songs up, actually trying I'm more likely to get 2 or none.

Mouse twisting is, as already mentioned, a bit tricky, often a mouse click doesn't register. I could twist in old school fashion with double taps and holding alt down, but of course that jacks your hand up :P

I also Tried spell gems on the macro bar, that worked ok, but I did notice an increase in missed notes - or perhaps that suffers the same issue as mouse clicks - hard to tell when battle text is flying by.

Net result is, I find it extra hard to play the bard right now.

I understand what you guys are talking about but I am able to twist 4 songs without any issues (unless I'm tanking of course). Interrupts happen occasionally, but if I had to count out of how many clicks I get an interrupt or a missed note it has to be something like 1 out of 100 clicks at the very least.

In case anyone is wondering I exclusively use my spellbar and mouse when I'm twisting.

yep i can still manage to twist and hold 4 songs up just got to pay a little closer attention more of an annoyance for me then anything
