On a more serious note, most of those pvp boxes are gone now... for a number of reasons.

classic isn't 1 player in every zone thus yellow text makes it more classic by letting players get closer together

since the kunark comfirmation came lots of people are found in the good xp zones. Sure you can still find plenty of empty zones, but only if you wish to or if you play insane hours where pop can still drop to below 40.
