This is my main concern. Red99 "may" attract a higher proportion of scum then most server, but the whole "project99 classic" behind red99 also attracts decent, mature people who like EQ w/ the red twist.

Thats why ooc just cannot continue on like it has been, unmoderated and unrestricted.

Want to have a "conversation" with someone? Take it to tells, do it in guildchat, or get into their ventrillo (or get naked in skype with them for all i care).

/ooc once per min or so is way more then enough for wtb/wts, lfg, looking for port, etc.

Keep it Classic

Edit: actually /ooc once per min will HELP all the legit people useing it for legit reasons like wtb/wts, lfg, looking for port, etc. Because instead of a endless stream of nonsence and spam, /ooc will be more consise and to the point with legitimated in game messages that will get noticed, instead of drown in the KKK spam and trolltalk.

We need some sort of anti-flooding mechanisim in /ooc so all those noobs that need help/groups/wtb/wts can actually be seen and get noticed.

Its win/win all around.
