From the screenshot in the previous post it looks like Hookrs and Nissa were grouped?

Check encounter logs on Nissa and I bet she had first to aggro on that AC.

Hookrs then finished him off after Bigols had done some damage but did not have first to aggro.

There would be no record of a KS in the database, it would read:

######## an_ancient_cyclops (31359) sro 2010-08-06 3 No Group #

Aggro number would be 3 (or whoever else engaged) and Merit would go to Nissa and Hookr's group #.

The ring to me didn't even matter as I was helping someone else, it was just the KS that pissed me off. As for some saying I just wanted to slander TMO in general is BS. I know no one in TMO personally other than a few business transactions. I have never been jaded against TMO even after reading many of the forums here because basically I wasn't there and it's none of my concern. I have had business with some from TMO and I have always provided service/items first before payment with no concerns.

This was the only time that I had a bad experience with anyone in TMO. The only reason I posted his guild tag was so that hopefully he would be peer pressured into making it right.

If all of this is true, especially the highlighted parts, all you had to do was send a private tell to a TMO officer. Creating public drama like this will never make you look like the victim in its purest form. It makes you look like an instigator.
