There are macro programs out there that can be setup to detect certain windows and perform a function like clicking the OK button. Seems like it would be an easy duct-tape fix.

I was going to suggest that exact thing, easy enough to get a program to watch for that pop up and at least we wouldn't be waiting 6 hours plus for the server to come back. Good short term workaround.
