This. I killed countless HGs on several different characters back on Live and never came across this thing. Here, he patrols all around the "hill giant hill."

He is a cleric mob, his danger was that he healed himself repeatedly. I don't recall a 500 DD spell, but i guess that is normal since the spell casting AI here is more potent. 100% certain that his pathing kept him at the sphinx hill area with the other drakes in the SW corner of the zone.
