how do I get my corpse? As soon as I walked on to the island he started running at me and had no chance to run away. Is it even possible? Or do I need to get a necro corpse summon now

why cant you run to the island with sow and just /corpse it to shore then zone?

because I'm asking if he sees invis, when i ran on the island he ate me before I could even see him, so therefore I cannot go and invis to check if ill die before I see him. He outruns all movement speed buffs save maybe bard speed

But seriously, sorry I don't know if he sees invis - but if you can just get him targeted somehow without being close enough to aggro (even if not in line of sight) you can test whether he sees invis...
