Nope not in Classic. I think this was kunark.
It may have been added later as well, as part of the "Class Balancing" improvements for wizards back in the day where every few months they would take a look at a certain class. This was one of the most interesting times in EQ history as everyone was glued to the boards waiting for what changes their class was to get. | ||
