Miscellaneous: /who all "guild" returning Anonymous players

If someone is on /roleplay (so that they have a purple nameplate), /who will still display their guild tag. I just tested this, and someone who is straight up /anon is still being shown as online, which you are correct in saying they should not be shown. They are only being revealed through /who all guild[number] however, and not / all [zone]. Anyone know if this is Classic?
