Er, Yes all spells will be available, abilities available, just like it should be at the timeline we are at.
Resists arent entirely classic, due to 12 years ago they didnt know where all the best in slot MR pieces were, so you had a much lower average MR on the characters back in 99 01. Magic spells are supposed to be a little harder to land than they would on live. Every once in a while you will still land a mez on a 350mr tank, just the roll of the die. | ||
