![]() I'm not going to speak for this server's resist system or charm mechanics, but enchanters were one of the worst 1v1 classes on live (along with clerics and rangers).
They were completely counterable via magic resist. Cure poison potions wiped the tashan line if you needed to get rid of it, and there was a vendor buyable potion that you could cast on yourself to auto-break mezzes. They don't do much damage, as their nukes are both weaker and less efficient than other casters. Their pet can't take commands and sucks anyway. They have no shadowstep/yonder, although the Rune line of spells was nice for pvp. Whirl till you hurl did not land ever on live. Before someone chimes in with WAT IF THE ENCHANTER CHARMS A SAND GIANT 2 OWN U -- that doesn't happen. That's situational/rare, and on live it was extremely risky as often charm would break and they'd end up with a mob killing them. | ||

![]() Enchanters are hard to kill, but hard to kill with at high end pvp. So without help you often end up with a stalemate where each player is unable to finish the other off. Enchanters need some help, but when they have it they can be scary.
