How are Enchanters in PvP on RED99?

Disclaimer: I don't play an enchanter on red so a lot of this is speculation. Enchanters are probably the best soloers in the game, mostly because charm is overpowered and they get lulls and a whole bunch of crowd control spells. But for charm to last longer you need charisma gear, and most charisma gear doesn't give you resists or things that would be useful in pvp. So I imagine you'll need a whole set of gear for pvp and one for pve, which isn't a big deal since most serious players do this already (the only difference is that this is more optional with non-enchanters). Their spells are very magic-heavy and most players at the high-end know to max out MR, so you might not find yourself being as useful later on, but you will probably dominate people with lower resists with spells like mez/whirl till you hurl and decent nukes. Also you get tash and other nice debuffs. TLDR, enchanters are amazing for pve, and my impression is that they're solid in pvp as well.
